How this place is built
563 acres drawn to go up instead of out
Town Madison was laid out by urban designer Andres Duany across four districts: The Exchange, The Heights, The Commons and The West End. Breland Homes started delivering it around 2018. Floor plans begin near 1,457 square feet and run past 3,800, but the lots are narrow and the density is high, so a lot of that square footage is stacked on a second and third story.
All that stacking is why the carpet sits where it does. Main floors are usually plank or tile, which leaves the soft flooring on a stairway and in the bedrooms above it. A full job here is often three rooms and one flight, which is why the stairs matter more than the room count when we quote it.
Almost none of this carpet has worn out yet. What it has done is load up. Light, low-pile fiber on a stair tread takes on foot soil faster than any surface in the unit, and it goes grey at the nose of each step first. Redstone Arsenal is four to ten minutes away and Huntsville International is about five, and between them this pocket never stops changing hands. Orders come through. A contract ends, or a rotation runs out in June. Leases turn over on dates nobody living on the block picked.
So we usually get called with a deadline instead of a preference. The old tenant is out Thursday, the new one has keys Monday, and the carpet has to be clean and dry in the middle. We work inside that gap, and low-moisture cleaning means the unit is walkable in about an hour rather than sitting shut up and damp over a weekend.

On every job, itemized. You get the address, the date, each room and add-on, and the total, which is what a landlord or property manager wants attached to a deposit decision. Print it, email it, forward it to the leasing office; it reads the same either way. If it needs to go out in a company name or straight to a management office instead of to you, tell us when you book and we will send it there.
How quickly can you clean between tenants?
Usually within a day or two of the call. Carpet is dry in about an hour after we finish, so a morning slot leaves the unit walkable for an afternoon showing or a same-day inspection.
