An estimate is a guess made from a calculator or a phone call. A quote is what we hand you after we've seen the carpet. Four things move the number between the two.
Size of the room
Sizes vary. Some rooms are more average size. Some are much larger. An oversized den, bonus room, or great room is priced as a large room, starting at $50 instead of $40.
Soiling level
Carpet that's gone five years between cleanings holds more than carpet cleaned last spring. Heavy soil means extra treatment and extra passes, and that time is real labor.
Furniture moving
Rooms we can walk straight into clean fastest. If you want sofas and dressers shifted and the carpet under them cleaned, say so during the walk-through so it lands in the quote.
Dry-clean-only upholstery
Velvet, linen, and furniture coded white or X takes a slower, gentler method that runs a little more. We identify these before quoting, not after cleaning.

Do you run coupons or specials?
Yes — the current offers, including the $109 three-room special, live on our deals page, and each coupon shows its own expiration date. Mention one when you book, or show it on your phone at the door, and the discount goes on the written quote before any work starts. If you see an offer you like, book before its date rolls past.
Are there travel fees inside the service area?
No. Pricing is the same across our whole Huntsville service area: Madison, Harvest, Meridianville, and everywhere between. There's no trip charge or fuel fee added on top. The only thing that behaves like a travel fee is the $99 job minimum, which keeps very small jobs from costing more to drive to than to clean. If we serve your address, you pay the published price.
Do you price-match other carpet cleaners?
No. Our prices are published right on this page, for everyone, all the time. Price-matching usually means the advertised number was padded to leave room to haggle. We'd rather post the real number and stand behind it than play matching games at your front door. If another company's quote beats ours, ask for it in writing and compare exactly what's included.

Never expected, always appreciated. The price we quote is the whole price, and our techs are paid to do the job right without counting on tips. If someone goes the extra mile and you want to hand them a few dollars, they'll be grateful, but nobody hovers by the door waiting. Honestly, a Google review that names your technician means as much to them as cash.
