Derek was right on time, very polite, and did a fantastic job with my very dirty, pet stained carpet. Extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use again! Bonus: I didn't have to pre-vacuum. Thanks so much Derek!Patricia T. · 1 week ago · Google

The six cards above are pulled from our Google listing. We didn't type them, and we can't change them.
The dry time
The most common theme by a mile. People plan their whole evening around wet carpet, then walk on it about an hour after we leave. Our low-moisture process sounds like a gimmick until it dries in your own living room.
Kids and pets
Parents and dog owners bring up the same two things: the non-toxic solutions, and how fast the room went back to normal. Plenty of those reviews start with an accident and end with our pet treatment.
Price honesty
A quote in writing before we start, and a final bill that matches it. Every number we charge sits on our pricing page in plain view, so there's nothing to spring on you at the door.
Our promise on feedback
We let our work speak for itself
We value the feedback of our customers, positive or negative. Every review lives on Google's servers, not our website — we can't edit a word of them or bury a low rating. What you read is what a customer typed.
Have a concern or an issue with your cleaning? Please call us immediately at 256-203-1984, or text 256-203-9446, so we can address it. We would always rather hear about a problem while there's still time to make it right.
Where to read every review
All 211 reviews live in one place: the Google Business Profile for our Huntsville team.
Open the listing and sort however you like: newest, highest, lowest. Our suggestion is to start with the lowest. Any company can pile up praise; what sits at the bottom of the stack tells you more about who's walking into your house.
