Short version: there are three places on this site where you can type something in, and everything you type goes to our own office system so we can clean your carpet. We don't run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your information to anybody.
When you book online
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, street address, and the rooms or items you want cleaned. Apartment or unit, city, email, and any note you leave us are optional. That information goes straight to our own scheduling system, where our office builds your appointment and routes a technician to your door. The email address, if you give us one, is used to send your confirmation. Nothing is charged online — your technician measures at the door and writes out the exact price before any cleaning starts.
When you ask for a commercial quote
The quote form on our commercial page asks for your name, company, phone number, zip code, and the approximate square footage, with email and a note optional. It reaches the same office system, and we use it to price the job and get back to you.
When you check your zip code
The zip checker sends only the five digits you type, so our system can tell you whether we cover that area and which local crew runs it. There's no name attached to a zip check.
When you call or text us
Calls go to 256-203-1984 and texts go to 256-203-9446, both answered by our Huntsville office. To schedule your job we keep the basics: your name, number, address, and what you want cleaned. We use that to do the work and to follow up about it.
Texting consent
By texting us, or by giving us your number when you book, you authorize LocalPro Carpet Cleaning to reply by text about your request — scheduling, quotes, confirmations, and questions about your job. That's it; it does not sign you up for marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting.
Who else sees it
Only the people it takes to clean your carpet: our office, the technician assigned to your job, and the card processor if you choose to pay by card. We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
What this site does not do
These are plain, static pages. There are no analytics scripts counting your clicks, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We can't tell who read which page, and we don't try to.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Ask and we'll tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email support@localprocleaner.com or call 256-203-1984. Records tied to a completed job are kept for our own books and for the guarantee.
If this page changes
If we add a form, analytics, or anything else that collects information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
