Short version: this website collects zero information about you. There are no contact forms, no tracking scripts, and no analytics counting your clicks. The only way we get your information is when you decide to call, text, or book — and then we use it for one thing, which is cleaning your carpet.

What this site collects: nothing

These are plain, static pages. We don't run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies, and no page here asks for your email. You can read the entire site and we won't know you visited.

When you call or text us

Calls and texts go to our business line, 256-203-1984, answered by our office. To schedule your job we keep the basics: your name, number, address, and what you want cleaned. We use that to do the work and follow up about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who isn't part of getting your carpet clean.

Texting consent

By texting us, you authorize LocalPro Carpet Cleaning to reply by text about your request — scheduling, quotes, and questions about your job. That's it; texting us does not sign you up for marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting.

Online booking

The Book Online button hands you off to our scheduling provider, which processes your booking on its own system under its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is governed by that policy, not this one. If you'd rather skip it entirely, call or text us instead — booking by phone works exactly the same.

If this page changes

Should we ever add a form or analytics to this site, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it goes live. Until then, what you see is what we do.
