It is the real total for three rooms up to 450 square feet, and for a lot of houses that is the entire invoice. It becomes a starting point only when you add something to it — a fourth room from $40, a hallway from $20, stairs from $40 a flight, or an add-on you picked by name. Every one of those gets written down and approved by you before work begins.
How much do you charge for just one or two rooms?
One room is $40 to $50 of cleaning and two rooms run $90 to $100, but our job minimum is $99, so a single room still bills at $99. That is why most people take the third room and pay $109. We tell you that on the phone rather than let you discover it when the invoice comes out.
Do you need to see the house before you can quote a price?
No. We price by the room, so a phone call gets you within a few dollars. Tell us how many rooms, whether there are stairs or hallways, and whether pets are part of the picture. The technician confirms it by measuring when he arrives and writes the exact total for you to approve. Seeing the house first is not a condition of getting a straight number.
Do you charge extra for Saturday appointments?
No. Saturday costs the same as Tuesday. We work Monday through Saturday, 7 to 5, and we are closed Sunday. Saturday slots do book up first, so if a weekend matters, call 256-228-5978 or book online a week ahead.
How long before I can walk on the carpet and put furniture back?
About an hour. Our low-moisture process uses a fraction of the water hot-water extraction does, so the carpet comes up damp instead of soaked and the pad underneath never gets wet. It is also why the house does not smell musty the next day and old spots do not wick back up a week later.
