Meet the crew

The people who actually show up

Carpet cleaning is a trade where a company name means very little and the person at your door means everything. These are our own trained employees — not subcontractors, not a rotating pool of whoever answered an ad. These are the technicians who have chosen to put a face on the site so far, and the reviews below name them personally. More of the crew will join them.

Request the technician you liked last time

Text us a name and we'll build the schedule around it when that technician has an opening. If we can't make it work without pushing you out a week, we'll tell you straight.

Usually working in Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Gurley & Brownsboro

Derek was right on time, very polite, and did a fantastic job with my very dirty, pet stained carpet. Extremely reasonable price. I will definitely use again! Bonus: I didn't have to pre-vacuum. Thanks so much Derek!

What we hire for

Skill is teachable. The rest isn't.

Trained by us, paid by us

Every technician is a LocalPro employee, insured through us and trained on our low-moisture process before they ever run a job alone. There is no subcontractor network behind this company.

Judged on reviews, not revenue

Our crew is measured on the five-star reviews they earn and the jobs they finish clean — not on how much they can add to a ticket at your door. That is deliberate, and it's why nobody here upsells you in your living room.

People from here

They live in Huntsville, Madison, Athens and the towns between. Their kids go to the same schools as yours. Word travels fast in a town this size, and that keeps the work honest in a way no policy could.

The promise behind every name

Whoever shows up, the guarantee is the same

Love the clean or it's free. Exact appointment times, a call if we're running even fifteen minutes behind, and the written price approved before any machine comes off the van.

Questions about our crew

Can I request a specific technician?

Yes, and people do it all the time. Text 256-203-9446 with the name and we'll build the schedule around it when that technician has a slot open. We won't promise a name we can't deliver — routes get set by geography and the day's workload, so if your request would push you out by a week we'll tell you that up front and let you decide.

Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?

Employees. Every person who walks into your home is on our payroll, trained by us, insured through us, and in a company shirt. That matters more than it sounds: a subcontractor network can send anyone with a van, and when something goes wrong there's a finger-pointing problem. Here the accountability stops at an owner's desk.

How do you decide who comes to my house?

Geography and the day's route, mostly. We assign the technician already working closest to you so we arrive on time and don't burn your afternoon in traffic. If you've had us out before and liked someone, tell us when you book — repeat requests get honored whenever the calendar allows.

Do the same technicians handle rugs and upholstery?

Mostly yes. Everyone on the crew is trained on carpet, rugs, upholstery, and pet treatment, because a single visit usually covers more than one of those. Delicate work — a wool or silk rug, a white linen sofa, anything with a dry-clean-only tag — gets routed to whoever is strongest on that specific job.
