Can I request a specific technician?

We won't promise a name we can't deliver — routes get set by geography and the day's workload, so if your request would push you out by a week we'll tell you that up front and let you decide.

Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?

Employees. Every person who walks into your home is on our payroll, trained by us, insured through us, and in a company shirt. That matters more than it sounds: a subcontractor network can send anyone with a van, and when something goes wrong there's a finger-pointing problem. Here the accountability stops at an owner's desk.

How do you decide who comes to my house?

Geography and the day's route, mostly. We assign the technician already working closest to you so we arrive on time and don't burn your afternoon in traffic. If you've had us out before and liked someone, tell us when you book — repeat requests get honored whenever the calendar allows.

Do the same technicians handle rugs and upholstery?

Mostly yes. Everyone on the crew is trained on carpet, rugs, upholstery, and pet treatment, because a single visit usually covers more than one of those. Delicate work — a wool or silk rug, a white linen sofa, anything with a dry-clean-only tag — gets routed to whoever is strongest on that specific job.
