Why homeowners switch to us
Dry in about an hour. Love it or it's free.
Most cleaners flood your carpet with soap and leave you waiting until tomorrow. We put down a fraction of the water, lift the soil out, and leave nothing sticky behind. Your carpet is dry in about an hour and stays clean about three times longer.
Three rooms are $109 with the total in writing before we start, the technician is our own trained employee, and if you don't love it we re-clean free. Still not happy? The job costs you nothing.

Ever had carpet turn sticky a week after a steam cleaning?
That tacky feeling is detergent the machine couldn't rinse back out. It dries inside the fiber and stays there, and sticky fiber grabs the next soil that walks through the door.
Our Promise
Love the clean, or you don't pay a dime.
That doesn't mean store credit or a "we'll discuss it" phone call. If you aren't happy with the work, we come back and re-clean it free. If you're still not happy after that, you don't owe us a thing.
Pricing
What does carpet cleaning cost per room?
A standard room starts at $40, a large room from $50, and our $109 special covers three rooms up to 450 square feet. Hallways start at $20 and stairs start at $40 a flight. You get the exact total in writing before we start, and the job minimum is $99.
The $109 three-room deal is the same clean at a bundle price, not a stripped-down version. At the walkthrough we measure, you point out the trouble spots, and the total goes on paper before a single machine turns on. Nothing gets added to that figure after the fact.
Job minimum is $99. Pet treatment and protectant carry their own job minimums, and we give you those numbers at the walk-through with everything else. The full list, rugs and upholstery included, is on our pricing page.

The method
How does low-moisture cleaning work?
Most carpet cleaning floods the floor with gallons of water, then races to pull it back out. Some always stays behind. It sinks through the backing into the pad, and the pad holds it like a sponge you can't wring out. It dries on its own schedule, not yours.
Low-moisture cleaning means we skip the flood. We put down a fraction of the water, only where the dirt actually lives: on the fiber itself. The lifting is done by the solution and the agitation, not by volume, so soil releases from the carpet while the pad underneath never gets wet.
That one change fixes everything downstream. No box fans running overnight, no damp-sock surprise at the bottom of the stairs on day two, and no sour smell when Tennessee Valley humidity keeps a soaked pad wet through the weekend.
Every solution we use is eco-friendly and non-toxic, safe for kids, pets, and allergy sufferers. If you want the honest side-by-side, read why we chose low-moisture for Huntsville.

Dry time
How long will my carpet stay wet?
About an hour, and "wet" is generous. For most of that hour your carpet is damp, not soggy. Clean socks are fine the minute we leave.
Water that never went into the carpet doesn't have to come back out. Because the pad stays dry, the only moisture left when we finish sits in the fiber tips, and that flashes off quickly even on a sticky August afternoon. Thick high-pile carpet, closed vents, or a heavy pet treatment can stretch it some, and we'll say so before we go. A ceiling fan speeds it along if you're in a hurry.
Honest expectations
If anyone can get it out, we can!
Most of what people apologize for at the door comes out — and everything we take on is guaranteed.
FREE
The whole guarantee in one line: love the clean or it's free, and a treated spot that resurfaces brings us back at no charge.
Comes out nearly every time
- Coffee, tea, juice, and food spills
- Everyday pet accidents, treated with our protein & enzyme process — pet odor removal 100% guaranteed
- The gray cast in walking paths
- Red clay tracked in on wet days
- Wine and Kool-Aid caught reasonably fresh
What no one can fix
- Bleach spots — the color is stripped out of the fiber, not sitting on it
- Rust stains that have set
- Permanent dye damage
If we spot one at the walk-through we say so before we start, and you're never billed for attempting it.
Pick your stain, get a straight answer
Red clay
North Alabama clay is iron-bearing, which is why it grips. Scrub it while it's still wet and you drive the particles down the fiber and set the color. We let it dry, lift the solids first, then break the bond with a dedicated pre-treatment.
Included in the clean
Read the red clay guide →Pet accidents
Urine is a protein problem, and sprays only mask it — the smell returns on the first humid day. Our professional protein and enzyme treatment breaks the urine down and destroys the odor at its source, and pet odor removal is 100% guaranteed.
Starts at $30 a room · 100% odor removal guarantee
Pet stain & odor treatment →Coffee & tea
Tannin stains, and they get harder the longer they sit because the tannin bonds to the fiber as it oxidizes. Blot, never rub. Most spills less than a day old come out completely; older rings usually lighten a long way.
Included in the clean
How our process works →Wine & Kool-Aid
These are dye stains, a different problem from soil. On nylon in particular the dye can bond permanently, so speed matters more here than with anything else. Fresh ones usually come out. Set-in red dye sometimes needs a reduction step, and we'll tell you straight which one yours is.
Included in the clean
Get it looked at →Grease & food oil
Oil doesn't wash out with water, which is why home machines just smear it around. It also keeps attracting soil, so a grease spot goes gray and spreads. It needs a solvent-side pre-treatment before any water touches it.
Included in the clean
Care between cleanings →Traffic lanes can come back
That dull path from the front door to the couch is two problems at once: ground-in grit and crushed pile. The grit works like sandpaper under every footstep, which is why the lane grays out ahead of the rest of the room. Our high-traffic treatment gives those lanes extra product, extra agitation, and slower passes.
Fair warning: cleaning restores color and lifts crushed fiber, but it can't regrow pile that has worn away. We'll tell you at the walkthrough which one your lane is. Usually it's soil, and usually it comes back brighter than you expected.

The easy part
Getting ready? We got you!
About five minutes of tidying and you're done. No hauling furniture, no airing the house out, no rearranging your day around us.
Pick up, don't pack up
Toys, shoes, charging cords, the plant stand — anything small sitting on the carpet. Leave the furniture where it is. We slide what is light and clean neatly around what is not.
Doors can stay shut
This is the part people are relieved about. You're not propping the house open or running box fans all evening while the August heat pours in. With low moisture there's nothing to air out.
Just tell us what happened
Point out anything you're worried about and say what it was if you remember. Juice and a pet accident look identical and need opposite treatments, so knowing saves us both time.
A spot out front helps
Parking near the door shortens setup and gets us out of your home sooner. If the driveway is full, no problem — we manage.
When you're ready, pick a time on our online scheduling page, or call 256-203-1984 or text 256-203-9446. We answer Monday through Saturday, 7 to 5. The price is the same in every town we serve — Huntsville, Madison, and everywhere in between.
Carpet cleaning questions we hear every week
Which carpet cleaner in Huntsville has the fastest dry time?
Dry time comes from the method, not the brand. Companies using hot-water extraction leave carpet damp for 6 to 24 hours no matter whose name is on the van. Our low-moisture process has carpet dry in about an hour, among the fastest in Huntsville. A fraction of the water goes in, so almost nothing has to evaporate back out.
How long does it take for carpets to dry after cleaning?
About an hour. Our low-moisture process leaves so little water behind that even Huntsville's July humidity can't drag drying into the evening. Thick pile or a heavy pet treatment can add a little extra time, and we'll tell you before we start if yours will. You can walk on the carpet in clean socks right away; just watch the transitions onto hard flooring, which stay slick until they finish drying.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
Once a year works for most Huntsville homes. Go every six months if you have shedding pets, allergies, or carpet that catches the spring pollen wave off the mountain. Many carpet manufacturers also expect professional cleaning on a regular schedule to keep the warranty valid, so hang on to your receipt. If the traffic lanes look gray before the year is up, that's your carpet telling you it's time.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
Often, yes. Age matters less than what the stain is. Coffee, red clay, pet accidents, and food spills usually respond even after months, because our solutions break down the soil instead of pushing it deeper. The exceptions are bleach spots, rust, and set dye: those have changed the color of the fiber itself. We test a spot first and tell you plainly which kind you have before you spend a dime.
Do you move furniture?
Our technician is happy to move the smaller pieces — chairs, end tables, ottomans, anything one person can lift safely — and clean under them, then set them back on protective tabs. We typically work around larger items like beds, dressers and entertainment centers and clean right up to the edge. Most of the wear sits in the open walking areas anyway, so that's where the cleaning earns its keep. If you want the floor under a heavy piece cleaned, empty it and move it before we arrive and we'll treat that space like any other.
What's included in the $109 three-room special?
Three rooms of wall-to-wall carpet, up to 450 square feet total, cleaned with the same low-moisture process we use at every price — no lighter 'special' version. Routine spot treatment is part of the job. What costs extra: pet urine treatment, carpet protectant, and oversized rooms, which start at $50. We price those at the walk-through and put the full total in writing before any work starts, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Do heavily soiled rooms cost extra?
Sometimes. A room that hasn't been cleaned in years, or a traffic lane packed with ground-in red clay, may need our high-traffic treatment. We don't spring that on the invoice. You hear it in the driveway, see it on the quote, and say yes or no while the machines are still in the van. Rooms with normal wear don't get upcharged for being lived in.
