How do I prepare my home before the appointment?

Less than you'd think. Clear small things off the carpet — toys, cords, laundry, anything that lives on the floor. Our technician moves the smaller pieces and cleans under them, and typically works around larger items like beds and entertainment centers. Nervous pets do best behind a closed door while we work. A quick vacuum before we arrive never hurts, but it isn't required.

On cleaning day we arrive on time — a professional, polite, trained technician looks over each room with you and writes out the exact price before any cleaning starts.
