Best Carpet Cleaning in Harvest, AL

No. Agitation is worked into the pile at the base, not scrubbed across the tips, and the point of it is to stand matted fiber back up so the pre-spray can reach where the soil actually sits. Fiber damage comes from grinding grit into carpet under pressure, which is the opposite of what we do. The loose grit gets vacuumed and treated out first, before anything touches the pile.

Once a year covers most households. Move to every six to eight months if you have a dog, kids in sports, or a yard that hasn't fully grassed in yet, because clay and grit act like sandpaper at the base of the fiber and shorten the life of the carpet. Carpet protectant at $20 a room stretches the gap by keeping the next round of soil sitting on top rather than bonding in.

Yes, and both are priced plainly. A hallway starts at $20 and a flight of stairs starts at $40, however many treads that flight happens to have. Rooms past the third start at $40 each and a large room starts at $50. On a two-story that usually means the $109 special plus a flight and a hallway, and you see the full total in writing before we bring in equipment.

Two things, mostly. A rental machine has no real pre-spray dwell time built into how people use it, so soil never fully releases before the wand comes through. And it puts far more water down than it can pull back up, which leaves the pad wet for a day or more. Wet pad is what causes musty smell and spots wicking back to the surface a few days later.

Yes, and it's worth mentioning when you book so we can slot the addresses together. Each home still gets its own walkthrough, its own written price, and its own invoice. Nothing gets bundled or averaged. We work Monday through Saturday, 7 to 5, and the technicians who show up are our own employees, not subcontractors sent under our name.
